Text Box: It doesn’t bother me what you think of this blog. I don’t know why people have blogs, I guess people like telling other people about their sad boring lives, or maybe their lives are interesting. OR maybe people just want somebody to rant to about the vapid people in this vapid world. Like the people I know. They are the reason why this site is called 'vapid'. Plus, it's the word that me and my Dad both like to use. However, going back to blog talk, you may be interested in reading about my life, from being a station manager of our school radio to the brainy girl sitting at the back of the class to the dog-lover. Or not. If not, don’t bother to read this, because you’ll only get pissed off and then spread bad words about what you’ve read. But if you DO want to know more, feel free to carry on and read about my life, and how I see the world around me, and who knows, you may share the same thoughts and views as me… (P.S. I might swear a bit.)

Text Box: The Latest Entry Okay, so it was my birthday last week. Major Facebook activity - at least several pages of 'happy birthdays'. Which is flattering really to say the least. Even some of the people who don't really talk to me wished me the best. Wow. My aunt (and her four boys) are coming down next weekend. Great fun, seeing as the twins act like two year olds and the second eldest acts like a door. Still, they are actually quite fun to hang with. So I guess we'll just see what happens. And finally, SUMMER = town carnival - which I don't have to dress up for this year. MAJOR relief to say the least. P.S. Um... there is no p.s. Sorry, run out of things to write. For reasons which I cannot quite understand, I cannot reveal the real names of these vapid people, but the characters are really real.

 

Aki (Me) I am creative and bright, and some people even call me 'pretty'. I live in a little village near the coast and I am surrounded by vapid idiots. I rarely talk in lessons, but the moment I am in the school radio station, I will not shut up. Sorry :D
My Family I live with my little sister Grace, my Mum and my Dad. I love them all, but we sometimes drive each other around the bend.

 

School (The Home of Vapid People)
Nanny Bitchy ex-best-friend, turned-okay-ish. We have most of our lessons together, which is okay these days. Sometimes.
May Other old best friend, but better. The three of us used to be the closest of close. May is brainy and nice, not at all vapid. Just shy.
